Great dough tools.
I absolutely love these. Easy to blend butter or lard into flour. Better than a fork blends without cramping your hand. Dough cutter makes scoring dough and cutting ing correct portions. Strong and put together well. Will buy some for my family members

I should have bought this tool years ago, it’s easy to clean and does a quality job, it’s sturdy and the scraper is very usefull.It will last a lifetime, or at least my life time.

I’m just starting to cook again and with losing 8+ years of time, my kitchen seems to have eaten up all my baking utensils. I feel like I’m starting from scratch. I love this set! I forgot how fun it is to cut in butter or divide dough. Silly, I know. But, when you’ve been unable to do these things for several years, it feels like a gift, and you look forward to buying new utensils and baking/cooking utensils. The cut quality on both of these is very good. The sizes are great and fit well in my hand. They are easy to clean and both perform well. This is a really quality set.

Sturdy and functional
My previous versions of these tools would be constantly bending even under normal (not heavy) use. I’m very happy to discover that these are quite sturdy, even when I made a very stiff savory pie crust. So far, they’ve not bent at all under my usage and the old ones (from another vendor) went in the trash.
