Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?
Due to 35% to 45% energy loss in the battery cells and circuit conversion, a fully charged Anker Nano Power Bank (10K, 45W, Built-In Retractable USB-C Cable) delivers about 5,500mAh to 6,500mAh of usable power.
Why doesn’t this power bank charge my phone at 45W?
This power bank supports up to 45W, but some phones don’t accept that much power. Even for phones that do, charging speed may slow down as the device heats up to protect the battery. It’s normal for the smart display to show below 45W while charging.
Can this power bank charge my laptop?
We don’t recommend using this power bank to charge laptops. Due to its limited capacity and heat buildup during high-power output, it cannot sustain 45W charging for long. It’s best used for quick top-ups in emergency situations.
Why is the charging speed slower when using multiple ports?
To protect your devices, the power bank limits output when using multiple ports. Max single-port output is 15W when using 2 ports and 7.5W max per port when using 3.
Why won’t the power bank recharge after being fully drained?
After heavy use, the battery cells may be too warm. Recharging will resume once the temperature drops to a safe level, protecting the battery lifespan.

Compact, powerful, and perfect for keeping my headphones charged at the gym
We’re always finding ourselves with dead headphones right when we want to work out, and the Anker Nano 10,000mAh 45W portable charger completely solved that problem. A single full charge from this power bank can recharge my AirPods Pro over 10 times, and it can get them from 0% to enough battery for a full hour-plus workout in just a few minutes thanks to its Power Delivery (PD) fast-charging support.I was cautious at first because I’ve seen other portable chargers recalled for fire risks, but this one is recall-free and feels very safe to use. Portable and big capacity
I’m currently using the Arc Pulse case on my iPhone 17 Pro Max, so that basically eliminates all magnetic/MagSafe chargers. Therefore, I wanted a portable battery pack that was a decent size and weight but also had at least 10kmAh in case I needed to share this with my wife in one day when traveling.When I saw this charger, I thought it’d be perfect since it has a built-in wire with more than enough slack. It’s also a bit smaller width- and length-wise when compared to batteries of the same capacity, although, it’s slightly thicker.I prefer charging with a wire since, when using a charging block with the proper speeds, it’s usually faster than wireless charging.The available USB-C port can serve as an extra port if you need to charge two devices at a time, but it can also serve as the input when needing to charge this battery pack (the same goes for the built-in wire). There’s also a USB-A port but who really uses that still?I love the little display also. It shows the percentage left for this battery pack, and if you’re charging it, the display will show the time left to get to 100%. You can also charge your phone while charging the battery pack, but honestly, it might be better to just charge each item separately since I think doing this just makes the power “pass through” the battery pack and into your phone. I don’t think it’ll charge both simultaneously.Overall, great and compact battery pack while not needing to carry an extra wire. It can easily be placed in any bag or sling, and with the built-in wire, you can even still use your phone without needing to have a heavy magnetic battery pack attached.

Excellent Travel Charger
This charger is well designed. I have been in the wireless industry for decades and it is not often that you see products this well thought out. I love the precise meter that shows you the exact state of the battery. Because of the size, it isn’t likely that you will get more than 1 to 1.5 charges out of it, but that’s perfect to get you through the day. My wife used this on a trip to Europe and was able to stay connected all day thanks to this lightweight, compact charger that fit nicely into her travel purse. It’s a good value at regular price, but if you can catch it on sale like I did…even better. After seeing how well it worked, I ordered a second one.

Buscaba un powerbank que me diera la máxima carga en mi S25 Ultra (45W), que fuera compacto y con el cable integrado; este Nano de Anker ha sido un acierto.La pantalla aunque pequeña da mucha información: % restante, potencia por cada línea, temperatura, estado de la batería.TEST: Hice el test cargando mi S25Ultra del 1% al 100%,…. 5000mAh.Durante gran parte del proceso, al inicio, la carga estuvo estable en 41W, que fue reduciéndose posteriormente.La carga completa se alcanzo tras 1hora y 3 minutos.La carga restante del powerbank fue del 39%…. sobrada para otra media carga.CCC: Necesitaba una powerbank que tuviera este marcado para viajes a China, tras contactar con Anker, ellos me dieron esta referencia. La compré porque traigo un FOLD y le dura la pila 5 segundos ( a las 8 pm se me acaba la pila pues ) y la verdad está bastante cómoda y súper chiquita y súper mona y súper cute y el cable está muy funcional al chile la volvería a comprar

Elle est vraiment petite (tiens dans la paume de la main ), bien finie on sent tout de suite la quantité par rapports a d’autres.Points positif :- Sa taille, vraiment transportable partout- Possibilité de voir combien de watt son réellement délivrés- chargement rapide moins de 2h de 10% a 100%- Ne chauffe pas- délivre réellement 45 watts quand l’appareil en chargement le demande.- le câble rétractable qui fonctionne très très bien !Inconvénients :- Un peu épaisse mais cela ne gene en rien.- le prix hors promotions 49.99€Je vois recommande de l’acheter si vous hésitez, Anker et une marque fiable et reconnue (nombreuses sécurités : anti surchauffe etc …) les produits sont vraiment premium et bien finis

Bought this power bank for a trip overseas, not knowing if phone and camera would last long enough between power outlets on busy days.I was looking for something portable as well as with its own cable, that way I would’t have to mess with cables to charge itself and other devices. It seemed a good ratio of modest price with good features.What it can do/Pros:-Solid power delivery and storage for the price-It can charge an iPhone 16 a few times, very fast with the integrated cable.-It can charge other devices such as iPad and mirrorless camera.-It charges itself fast with its own cable, as well as working as a “port multiplier” when charging itself and other things.-Easily portable enough that it won’t bother you.-Looks good, screen legible and clear.What it can’t do/Cons:-It won’t charge your laptop/MacBook, or maybe very slowly? (it doesn’t say it would charge a laptop anyway).-Price fluctuates.Overall, very convenient and it didn’t let us down. I would purchase it again.
