easy to use & operate + excellent customer service
Product: The product was very easy to install and operate. Performs as described. Nice, clear sound and with many tune options.Seller: (I don’t currently have the option to leave direct seller feedback on Amazon since it’s been a while following my initial order.) I had an excellent product issue experience with the seller. The push button had been stuck in the “pressed position” without my knowledge and drained the battery (discovered after a visitor mentioned they rang the doorbell and I heard nothing.) I contacted SECRUI via email. After a few email communications regarding the issue, I was promptly sent a replacement button. Their customer service was both prompt and courteous.

The SECRUI Wireless Doorbell is so great. I did the installation and it was so easy. It looks good. The range is normal. The sound is loud enough. I like that it is waterproof. It has 58 chimes. It functionality is good.

Nice clear sound and no wiring needed
We installed these doorbells this past weekend and they’ve worked great. Easy to install on house. Directions to choose a sound for each doorbell was hard to figure out at first. Poor directions. But once that was done, it was just a matter of attaching buttons on house and plugging unit into an outlet. They’re nice and loud to hear anywhere in house. Although volume can be adjusted.

Context: I run my law practice out of my home. I often take client meetings in a private office outside. I wear noise-cancelling headphones for many calls and sometimes can’t hear knocks at my door.Pros: The item is very inexpensive considering what it does. The item came right away, too. I unboxed it and the instructions are extremely easy. You pull a tab from the doorbell thingie and plug in the receiver. I tested it and it worked right away. It lights up cool colors and has a nice chime. Becuase i’m on the phone, I turned the volume off but it works flawlessly.Cons: Not really any to speak of. It’s smaller than I expected, but that actually works out perfect because my desk only has so much space for these things. I put mine into an outlet I have on my desk. I highly recommend.I understand the battery life is super long which is helpful as well. I don’t expect I’ll have to replace or repair this any time soon.

Outstanding product, and excellent value for the price.
This doorbell is a steal. Works right out of the box without any preparation if you don’t care to change the default chime. The instruction manual is surprisingly extensive and points out some of the features you’d otherwise be unaware of. There are 58 different tones, more than you’d need in a lifetime. Volume adjustable to suit.Tip: If you’re mounting a black bell on a dark door, as pictured, I suggest one of two things: blacken the edge of the foam mounting pad, or trim around it a bit so the white edges won’t show. It kind of ruins the ‘installation’ otherwise, IMO.

Easy installation
I had to replace a hard-wired electric doorbell which had died a terrible, noisy death. Much to my surprise, I learned that they had developed wireless doorbells that use FM frequencies (not WiFi-which I did not want). The new doorbell came in a tiny box, but when I plugged the bell portion in, it worked fine and the factory settings for the tone and volume were perfect. I pulled the tab from the button/transmitter and it worked perfectly. I have a brick house, but when I tested the button on my door frame, it worked great. I used the sticky tape to attach the transmitter. Everything worked fine and the installation was easier than the nightmare Amazon delivery experience I had the day before. I recommend this product, understanding that I have a small house and am not picky about the tone or volume of the ringer.
