Need a replacement that works.
I wanted to love this but the button to release the water does not work- I only get a drop of water. I went to the website as instructed all over the packaging but my Amazon order number “can’t be verified”. The packaging is impressive staying that if you are not 100% satisfied to contact them, but I can’t. I suppose I will just use it to unscrew and poor water into the bowl part for my trip that is in 2 days and return to Amazon when I get home. Disappointed. Hope they will send me one that works!

If you go with your dog – this is a must have
We use this ALOT when out and about with our dog. On trails, in the car, on a kayak or when we bike (we pull a bike trailer, so he can go also). Almost always someone comments about it. Super convenient. Would recommend & would purchase again.

The strap broke on the fist use. The water comes out in a frustrating drip that even my tiny dog an’t hydrate with. It is not a useful water bottle. A wast of money.
