Not very precise, but works well
This is not the most precise food scale. When you place an object on the scale, lift it, and put it back on the scale, it will give a weight that is different by a gram. And when you pour water on your pour over, it will continue to add about 4 grams after you stopped pouring. However, the screen is bright and stays illuminated, it resets itself to 0 fast and it is nice and large, so you can read the weight easily when weighting a bowl. All in all, I would buy iy again, but this scale is not for precise, to the gram, measurements.

Excellent, small, and precise
This scale exceeded my expectations. It’s smaller than my other scales, coming in at about 5×8, and you really only can use about 5-6 inches of the vertical space because the display and button location, but that’s perfect for my needs. It’s quite precise and a GREAT deal for the cost. Another huge benefit is that the buttons aren’t touch buttons, but have a popple button beneath the metal. That’s great because the touch buttons in my previous scales were the first things that failed. Best of both worlds: a nice easy to clean surface, AND physical buttons. I was worried that the pressure needed to activate the button would throw off the scale, specifically when you are, but it gives it a second or so once you press the button before it registers the weight so it doesn’t take in that extra finger pressure. Excellent! Also, it requires two AA batteries which came included which was great.

It’s the same compact size, but the color scheme matches my appliances better and the display is easier to read. The biggest improvement is the use of AA batteries instead of coin cells — something you don’t appreciate until you’ve had a dead scale and no spare disc batteries lying around.Measurements are accurate, response time is quick, and the stainless surface wipes clean easily. Tiene un gran problema en su indicador LED, parece que esta dañado, aunque diría que es preciso en marcar las cosas y su uso es sencillo, le doy 3 estrellas solo por el tema del indicador que tiene.
