This mat is a miracle for putting under my cat fountain. I have a cat that likes to play either water and the fast absorbency has helped protect my wood floors. If you need to make it fit a space you can cut it easily. Very happy with my purchase.

Great little mat
I use this for my corgi who usually is a messy drinker. Keeps the water bowl in place and quickly evaps any water that hits it. Certainly keeps the floor around his bowl cleaner and drier.

Not absorbent at all. I have a pit bull mix and when he drinks he gulps slobber and water everywhere. Not only will this thing just puddle water but it constantly wants to roll up. The size is small. Total water of money.

Not Impressed. Pass on this one
My dog is a very sloppy drinker, and the floor around his water bowl gets splashed a lot. So, I thought this absorbing mat was going to fix the issue. Well, yes it absorbs the water, but veeery slowly. I’m not impressed with the advertising hype and this product is highly overrated. I would not recommend it, and would probably buy a “Muddy Mat” instead.
