Quiet, easy to use, cat loved
This cat water fountain is very quiet, easy to clean, and my cat loves it! They replacement filter and belt are very easy to change. I highly recommend this product.

Cats seem to love it
Wasn’t sure about these things. One of the three cats loved it immediately, the other two took a day or two. Runs VERY quietly! I wish the pump were mounted a bit closer to the bottom because there is a good inch+ of water that can’t be used, so in reality it is closer to a 80 ounce water bowl. Already cleaned it once, bought a multi-pack of replacement filters. BE AWARE – IT ONLY COMES WITH ONE FILTER AND IT SHOULD BE CHANGED EVERY 2-3 WEEKS.

Great customer service! The pump went out just shy of a year of service. After contacting the company, they’re sending us a new pump! Our cats are DEFINITELY drinking more water now that we are offering the fountains!Fairly easy to clean and replacement filters are available on Amazon.

Didn’t make any difference in my cat or my life
The product is good but the filters need to be replaced every two weeks which makes it very expensive (the filters are not cheap). I would be spending more in my cat’s water than my own (my filter gets replaced once a year. Also my cat is not very amused by it and I only saw her drinking once. I regret buying it.

100% Happy with this fountain for 2 cats and a 50 lb dog
My 2 senior cats and my dog love this fountain! It only took the cats about 10 minutes to try it and my dog wasn’t scared at all. It is super quite, easy to put together, refill and clean. Because 3 pets are sharing, I dump out the water, rinse and refill every morning. They drink from just below the max fill line to the minimum fill line every day. 100% happy with this product!

Can’t see the water level
I think this is going to be a nice fountain for my cats. My only problem is, it did not come with the window for the water level. So I have to be extra careful to not have it run dry. I live in a very dry climate. Had I known it was not going to come with a window, I don’t think I would’ve purchased it.

Makes sense to have running water for cats.
Cat fountain seems to work well, is quite quiet, just setup today, so have not seen any of our 4 cats use it yet.I do feel compelled to mention that the product was shipped in the consumer box with no other packaging. Did arrive without damage, however it was apparent that the item had been a return and was sent back out without anyone checking the contents. All of the original plastic bags were in the box, balled up at one end. One of the small Philips screws that holds on the wire exit grommet was loose and in the bottom of the water tank, that I had to reinstall.Product seems to be well made and as mentioned before, is quiet. Will come back with updates after a period of use.

Cat loves it!
My cat would never drink still water out of a bowl, but he slurps this stuff up. A great product, nice and clean, and my cat loves it. My only complaint is having to replace filters, which is costly. I’m guessing if you just gave the thing a good scrub on at least a weekly basis you could avoid using them at all.

It’s great…super quiet which was a must; but it’s not battery operated – I confused its ad with one that was. So if you’re okay with having to plug it in, it’s (so far, early days) perfect.
