Solid Dash Cam with Great Support and Value -I bought this dash cam not knowing exactly what to expect. The price was right, and the specs matched what I was looking for. After installation, I noticed the camera stayed powered on even after I turned off the engine. I contacted the company, and their customer service responded promptly. The representative explained possible reasons for the issue and offered to send a hardwire kit to resolve it. However, one of the reasons provided was that the cigarette lighter could stay on after engine was turned off, so I looked it up. I discovered that the cigarette lighter in my car remains active for 45 minutes after the engine shuts off. So, the issue wasn’t with the dash cam—it was with my car’s power settings, which I can reprogram. I thanked the customer service rep and let them know the hardwire kit wasn’t necessary. I appreciated their quick and helpful response.The dash cam itself works well and was easy to set up. The suction cup mount is strong, and I really like the touch screen—it makes operation simple and intuitive. My only complaint is the rear camera wiring: there’s no easy way to hide the long wires, and I really wish future products could have a wireless connection to the main camera.Overall, this is a very nice product for its price range. It delivers solid performance, and the customer support was excellent.

I will only point out the negativeEverything els is great on this camera from the picture to the installment – also there is no way the camera will fall off this thing is as secure as it gets !!!!!Now what I don’t like is – the cable it seemed like an endless cable hiding session. Also It does not automatically connect to the Internet so if u drive of without connecting it to the WiFi first and something happens than that’s on you.So always connect first !!!!The back camera was a bit harder to set up so u might need some help doing that , that way the person in the front can tell you if this is a good angle. Besides that good camera

Quality, affordable and Reliable
I love this dashcam. The product is high quality. The image in front camera is 4k (has very clear vision). This is my second time I chose this brand. I have another dashcam for my other vehicle and it has not disappointed me at all. The price is excellent. It came with a memory card which is a plus since I didn’t have to purchase and that makes it less expensive. I totally recommend this product.

I really recommend this dashcam and company
I’d like to share how satisfied I am with this dash cam. I originally purchased it in November 2023, and it worked perfectly until recently when the LCD screen stopped working, although the camera itself was still recording. I contacted customer support, and even after all this time, they were extremely helpful and sent me a replacement. I received a newer model with improved features, and it’s working perfectly again. The WiFi transfer speed is much faster now. Images are sharper and the new voice commands are awesome. It also comes with a 64GB memory card which is very convenient.Excellent product and outstanding customer service, especially their after-sales support. I highly recommend this company.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto, usufruendo di un piccolo coupon che mi ha consentito uno sconto del 20%.Il marchio lo conoscevo già , avendo acquistato qualche anno fa un’altra dash cam.Sul marchi ero già tranquillo e non ho avuto dubbi, tra i mila marchi che si propongono sullo store Amazon.Il prodotto è ben realizzato, ha un bel design, robusto e soprattutto la qualità è salita, passando da un sensore d’immagine 4K a uno Starvis 2 della Sony.E considerando che questo prodotto ha due funzionalità per cui mi è utile, identificare eventuali danneggiamenti del veicolo, registrare video di alta qualità in caso di incidente stradale. A cosa mi servirebbe risparmiare 50-100 euro e poi ritrovarmi in caso di necessità, con immagini e video scadenti che non mi consentono di identificare e far valere le mie richieste di risarcimento?Quindi un prodotto come questo è per me enormemente utile e deve essere perfettamente funzionale per svolgere al meglio la sua funzione.Nessun risparmio per un prodotto di questa importanza.La prima impostazione si fa in pochi attimi. Le personalizzazioni sono tante e consentono un uso adeguato alle mie esigenze.Per chi non lo sapesse, la presenza del GPS è necessaria ed essenziale per molteplici motivi. In primis perché il gps consente al dispositivo di avere sempre data e ora corretti, e questi dati vengono stampigliati sui video, quindi valenza legale aumentata.Inoltre registrano dati importanti sui video, come posizione e velocità.Ho testato diversi di questi articoli e posso confermare che i prodotti senza gps, diverse volte, perdendo data e ora andavano in loop a sovrascrivere sempre lo stesso file con stessa data, e in sostanza non mi lasciavano nessuno storico delle registrazioni. Mentre con questo ho sempre alcuni giorni di registrazioni, e nel caso mi accorga di qualcosa che magari è successo qualche giorno prima, posso sempre ricontrollare le registrazioni precedenti.Soprattutto sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell’assistenza clienti che ad una mia richiesta di supporto, ha risposto celermente aiutandomi al meglio, aspetto che personalmente ritengo molto importante.Marchio e prodotto che mi hanno soddisfatto e che ricomprerò sicuramenteAppena avrò un po’ di tempo cercherò di caricare anche un video in movimento, comunque la qualità video è indiscussa Grazie allo Starvis 2 SonyTrovare un punto di installazione dove la telecamera resti un po’ più in ombra, soprattutto d’estate, aiuta il prodotto a lavorare meglio e vivere più a lungo. Io l’ho preso anche per un furgone e l’ho installato all’interno della cabina, così consente una visione quasi totale del veicolo.

The dash cam is excellent. The setup was super easy. The product is small, so you can hide it behind the rearview mirror. Picture quality and camera performance are awesome. It’s lightweight, but not cheap.Only you have to be careful about the hardware kit to use parking mode loop recording: you have to use a pro hardware kit with 2 separate wires (yellow and red wires) for parking mode. Otherwise, it works like a dummy, with no parking mode menu and features.
