I want to use the parking monitoring function, do I have to buy a separate hardware kit?
Yes, the hardware kit(ASIN: B0D93LHW94) enables dashcams parking monitoring mode and protects the Car battery from being depleted. The hardware kit is not Included, you need to purchase it separately.
I don’t know how to install dash camera.

AMAZING! Exactly What I Was Looking For
These are AMAZING! I purchased one for my car and one for my son’s car, just for peace of mind. They were super easy to set up, and display a clear picture. The only “issue” I am having is when I turn on my car, and go into the app, it asks me to connect the WIFi every time versus auto-connecting, even though I have selected “auto-join,” but that isn’t a huge deal. Heck, it may be user error, lol.

Great choice for the price!
I bought this to replace an older unit that has an internal battery which no longer would hold a charge. This does not have an internal battery, but pairs with my phone and is easy to use. This is a wonderful choice, especially for those on a budget. I routed the wire behind the plastic panels, which took me a bit longer than it should have, the tool that was included made that easier. It took me longer to get it connected, but that was operator error! Being able to download the files directly to my phone is simple and easier than removing the card, I mounted mine directly behind the rearview mirror. So far, so good!

Easy to set up and ready to go
I’m really happy with my dash cam, it took me five minutes to install it, including setting up my phone. I love the fact that I can start the engine and the camera tells me that started a record recording. I don’t have to do anything else it records in a loop and if I want to access the videos, I’ll just connect my phone to the camera and I can access everything on my phone.
