Amazing option for smart door !
We love this store. It makes coming in and out of the house way simpler. Not having to have a key. It’s so much more convenient. You can tell that the thing is made very well and it was really simple to connect to my phone. It also recognizes my fingerprint without any issues like some other brands I’ve had in the past. And with the autolock feature, I never have to worry about my kids being safe after I leave.

Looks great, Customer Service Excellent
“Aaron” at Customer Service was great! I had a problem with the user code not working he suggested an alternative way to input the user code and it worked. Also sent me a link to be able to operate via WiFi vs. only being able to use while in range with Bluetooth. The multiple ways to unlock (code, fingerprint, card) is great. And locking is easy too. The lock itself is functioning perfectly so far and feels solid!

Great lock with many options
I’m a big fan of this lock. There are so many options for opening it: Fingerprint, code, key fob, and physical key.The Key Fob is a feature not to sleep on. It comes with two and they’re easy to sync to the lock from the app. Additional ones are very cheap. Way cheaper than physical key copying.Fingerprint is very responsive. Works well. I use the code option just as open because it’s sometimes quicker to just type it.Keys light up very well when pressed, so nighttime isn’t a concern. Battery lasts for a really long time, and it’s super durable.My biggest tip is when you’re doing the code input, make sure you see the numbers flash. If they don’t blink, it didn’t register the number. Once you realize that, it’s smooth sailing.

Great investment for Airbnb bedrooms.
I am using these for the bedrooms that I rent out through Airbnb. These are far more sturdy and seem more reliable than the other ones that I had. I like that it can use both an entry code and thumb print and there is a back up with a key if the batteries go out. I prefer the 4 AA batteries rather than the old one that I had to charge every two weeks.

Works good but requires wifi bridge for Alexa
This lock works great, I thought it was likable with Alexa, turns out this model is only likable with a wifi bridge sold seperately. The fingerprint and code setting work good so far. It was simple enough to install. Only time will tell if it holds up to everyday use. 4 stars because of the Alexa likability issue and the shipping took longer than expected but mostly because I wanted to easily integrate this with my Alexa devices.
