Great Product Good Price
Works great, looks great and was easy to install. You can add additional users, multiple fingerprints for each, each gets their own access code. The ability to use WIFI/Internet is a plus! This added easily to the Eufy app with our other Eufy products.

Great Lock with Auto-Lock and Easy Access Features
I love this door handle and lock! The installation was fairly easy—I was able to do most of it myself. The only tricky part was the locking mechanism, where we had to chisel a small section of our door frame because the lock part was too long. It wasn’t a huge deal, though, and I could have done it on my own if needed, but I did have help. Now that it’s installed, it works great, and I haven’t had any issues with it.One of my favorite features is the auto-lock option, which can be programmed through the app to lock the door after 10 seconds up to 3 minutes. It’s incredibly convenient! Plus, you can create one-time passcodes for friends or family, and set up schedules for when they need access. For example, if someone is visiting for a week, you can set a passcode that works only during that time.Pros:Easy installation: Mostly simple to install by yourself, with clear instructions.Auto-lock feature: Can program the door to automatically lock after a set time (10 seconds to 3 minutes).One-time passcodes: Great for giving temporary access to friends or family.Scheduling options: You can set passcodes to work for a specific time period, perfect for visitors.Cons:Door frame modification required: Had to chisel part of the door frame to accommodate the lock, though it wasn’t a huge issue.Overall, this door handle and lock works wonderfully and has a lot of great features, especially for security and convenience. Another great Eufy product, I love it.
I’ve had it for a few months and have no complaints. It’s Eufy, so it’s a great brand. I have five Eufy cameras, a doorbell, and motion-activated night lights throughout the house. I had a problem with one Eufy camera after about 11 months, and after contacting their customer service, I had a new camera at my door within 4 days. Great customer support. I like that I can connect the smart lock to my Eufy app, connect the lock to a specific camera or doorbell, and unlock the door from the camera. I’ve had no problems with the lock and love the self-locking feature. This feature is the main reason I purchased the lock. My daughter would leave for work at 4:00 am and forget to lock the door back while my wife and I slept. Now it locks automatically after the door is closed and can be set to lock after a few seconds up to 3 minutes. It looks very sleek and modern and was easy to install. The fingerprint sensor works flawlessly, and you can add multiple fingerprints.

Easy to install and very nice product , the apps needs to be more flexible with the auto lock feature, it’s only support 3 mins as max time, and take more time n than normal if you try to unlock with the Apple Watch, but in general it’s very nice .

I’ve had for a few months and I love it
I’ve had this lock for a few months and wanted to really test it out before leaving a review.Overall, I love the lock and its ability to customize users and their access to my house. It was easy to install and so far the battery life has held up well. The finger print recognition took some getting used to for my kids, as they forget which finger they set up often. Even after setting up multiple, they forget that they have to hold their finger in place until the lock registers it. I’m also able to turn the beep off if I don’t want to wake my dogs at night, but appreciate that I know when someone is coming through the door when it is on. The app works well and is easy to use.My only piece of advice is that you need to be sure the door is shut completely when you try to open the lock. If it’s not completely shut, the deadbolt won’t open. This isn’t an issue for adults, but the kids often don’t close our door correctly and then spend forever trying to get back in. As long as they remember to pull the door to them to completely close it, it’s not an issue. That’s more user error than a fault of the product. Also, label which finger you input into the app to save yourself some hassle down the road.

A Much More Convenience Door Lock
I love this door lock. With this lock, I no longer need to carry the keys and not to worry about losing them. It also let me to get into my house without searching for the keys. The lock is easy to setup with the app. I will buy again once I decided to upgrade my garage side door.

Lock failed and have no customer support
I purchased the Eufy Security Smart Lock C220 with Door Lever, Fingerprint Keyless Entry Door Lock, Built-in Wi-Fi, App Remote Control, Front Door Deadbolt, 8 Months Battery, Reliable Power, IP53 Waterproof on October 29th of 2024 to use on our vacation home in Florida and in April of this year before we left, we replaced the batteries thinking it would be good until the fall, but in August, the system failed and the lock went off-line. Apparently by my management company they’ve told me that this lock system does not hold up to Florida weather being more humid than most regions and that the batteries inside the unit became corroded. The description of your product states its waterproof, but I believe the batteries became corroded because moisture getting into the system and where the door is located it is fully covered and protected from rain and sun. These were brand new Duracell batteries replaced in May. I would like to know if it’s possible to get a replacement. If not, I will go to another brand most likely purchasing a Schlage encode, smart Wi-Fi deadbolt. I have gotten no customer support from the company and now has gotten over the one year mark last week so I imagine they’re gonna tell me that it’s beyond warranty because of a lack of response on their end.
