Glad I bought it!
This has worked out decently! My dumb cats don’t paw at the opening for more food — so I still have to paw at it myself to make sure there’s always food in the bowl, but I don’t mind.Nothing is wrong with the water dispenser, but I no longer use it. Water bowls get grimy quickly, and changing this as often as one would need to is a pain. Glad to have it for weekends out of town, though.

Great for My New Puppy!
I got this for my puppy’s water and loved the water cooler design. I’ve had several gravity feeders/ dispensers before but this is the first one I had with a slow spring dispenser top. It made filling and replacing the water far easier than other gravity dispensers I’ve used. The only draw back so far is the open slots where the dispenser clicks in to the base. When I clean the base there always seems to be water trapped inside. Due to the design no matter what angle I turn it upside to drain, there is always some water left inside. This makes me concerned for future mold development. I understand needing slots for the dispenser to click into, I just don’t understand why it has to be fully hollow through through the whole base.

Great for outdoor cats
My sister and I are taking care of her mother’s outdoor cats because she can’t be at her home for now. Her mom fed her cats twice a day. Unfortunately, her house is 10 miles from mine and twice a day trips aren’t a good option, it’s too much gas. If we leave food out on the driveway, the neighborhood dogs that run loose come and chase away the cats and eat the food. There is a wrought iron cage around the entry of the house and the bars are far enough apart the cats can come and go but anything larger can’t. We were leaving pans of food but all the cats around the neighborhood were coming and eating it up and her cats were going without. When I saw this automatic feeder and water dispenser available as a free promotional I ordered them. I have had gravity feed pet containers in the past but don’t use them for my 2 inside cats and we can’t free feed the dogs; they are 90lbs and 15lbs and the little one will eat too much and get fatter than she already is. With this feeder we can put 6lbs of food in the entry and it will last a few days. We can’t keep the other cats away but we can at least make sure her cats get to eat. These feeders are good quality, better than the other feeder I ordered previously. Compared to these, it is flimsy plastic and about the same cost. 6lbs is a good amount, it will last them at least a few days before the other cats snarf it all down. We put the waterer inside also even though they have plenty of water containers in the yard, this will guarantee they have clean water at all times. I like that the water outlet is controlled more than just that it’s upside down. I like that the food dispenser can be filled from the top. , it makes it easier for refills. I’m glad I got these

Very good size!
I like how easy this setup was plus I really like how the bowls are specific to the food or water only. The food bowl you can snap open the top grey portion and simply pour in the dry pet food from the top. It doesn’t have a stopper on the bottom so if your pet tends to eat everything, you might want to limit the foo ssf amount. However, the water bowl has a stopper to it so I can fill it up and it releases the appropriate amount of water without overflowing. The water bowl cannot be filled from the top. Tge grey piece on the top is just for looks. Instead, the tank snaps off and you unscrew the stopper. It is very easy plus the openings are large enough to clean out when needed! These are made from a durable plastic plus have four little feet on the bottom to help prevent slipping around. The water tank does come with an extra stopper. This is really a great product and definitely worth the value. I like how it holds a larger amount but doesn’t seem to take up alot of space but still looks modern. Great product and highly recomend!
