Poorly cut sling made assembly a horrible experience
This cot was the biggest pain to put together. The parts and instructions make assembly look relatively simple; but the construction of the fabric component made me want to throw this out the door! This set came with three different cot materials a sisal, juste, and fabric. I chose the fabric one first, because my puppy would probably just chew through the other ones. The fabric is nice and soft, but the cut and sewing of the fabric sling was poorly constructed. There were parts of the sling that were sewn together too narrowly, so the dowel would not easily slide through. After four attempts of just a few inches of progress in each attempt, I finally got it all to fit. One of the dowels cannot even be screwed to the legs, because of the way the fabric sling was cut.The wood legs on this set also have unfinished/unsanded edges so the fabric snags and gets caught on the legs. The hardware on this set is solid and sturdy though. My 13 pound puppy likes this bed, but I would not purchase this or recommend it unless some of the assembly fit issues are resolved.

Great little lounger for my cat to ignore
This kitty lounger came together pretty easily. It comes with three different seat/lounge panels, and you’ll have to partly deconstruct it to swap out, but not too tough. What is tough is that my cat seems averse to cat furniture, and after a few weeks he has yet to do anything but avoid it. But I don’t blame the design, I blame my cat.So I’m reviewing the object rather than my cat’s relationship with it. It is easy to put together, although once in my life I’d like not to have to use a screwdriver. But only a few screws to build the frame. Two of the bed surfaces are sisal kind of material, and one is snuggly soft. It looks nice with my decor. We’ll see if my boy ever uses it, but it’s a cool looking little bed for a decent price.

Not worth spending money on.
I was excited about getting this item. Only to get it and be disappointed. Instructions were lousy – but common sense does tell you how it goes together – although I still couldn’t figure out how they wanted me to put the soft one on – I believe it slides over the arm as well as thru the cardboard tubes. After putting it together and everything was lined up – I put on one of the 3 material “couch” parts. They give 3 choices – the soft one I couldn’t figure out and there was a scratchy one and one that was not soft but not scratchy – that is the one I used.In order to change them out – you will have to take out the screws on one side to slide off the one you have on the cardboard tubes and slide the next one back on and then rescrew in the side you took off. Pain in the butt in my opinion.Anyways – once I had it all together with my chosen “upholstery” I set it on the floor and its tippy. I set it on a fluffy rug so it doesn’t make a banging noise on the floor. I did have a cat try it out and he promptly got out. Another cat came up to it and was adorably scared. He eventually did get to it and try it out and laid down in it but was in it less than a minute before getting out. All my cats LOVE the hammock and baskets on their cat trees so I didn’t think that this was going to be an issue. I have noticed in the 3 days that I have had it up that my less timid cats have tried to get comfortable in the couch – but they look tense and ready to bound out. Its not overly elevated – it is pretty low to the floor but it wobbles even though all the holes are lined up and I tried adjusting it slightly to make it not wobble. But its not really worth my time because they just don’t like it enough to care. I will probably throw it down in the basement for them to use until it falls apart. My Tucker has decided it is a chew toy and not a place to lay on – he lays on the floor and chews the wicker-y material that in on the tube.

Disappointing quality.
The parts for the bed had lots of chips in the laminate, edges are not smooth and the stitching on the rattan mat was not straight so it looks skewed and uneven once installed with the dowels. The soft fabric feels thin and I would be afraid it would not support my chonky cat. After assembly the is also a bit of a tilt to the frame. The printed instructions were not the clearest, although the video did help. The screws did go in smoothly and a screwdriver was included for assembly. Overall, it was a cute idea but the quality was not great.

They are actually fighting over it.
It took five minutes after assembly for one, of five felines, to make a bee line for this. After that rascal flopped around a more dominant cat took over and plopped down and declared it theirs. At one point we had two wrapped around each other in gentle competition but really just accommodation. They love it.This went together very easily and is sturdy enough for more cats and I won’t doubt they’ll try. It’s well made with the tools and hardware for a total assembly for the cats in your life.

Not worth the money for the hassle
This 3-in-1 Elevated Cat Couch Bed comes with your choice of a Plush Cover, Sisal Scratcher or Rattan Mat. The video in the ad and the directions make it looks like it can be assembled easily and pretty quickly. Putting the poles on one side was pretty easy and attached to the “wooden” legs easily. You do need to choose which of the 3 fabric pieces you are going to use before assembling the other side. I chose the white soft one since it is winter and cold here. What a pain that was trying to slip the legs through the sides. It was so tight, I almost changed my mind! I did get it on and then went to assemble the other poles and leg. While trying to pull the pole and hold the leg in place to screw it in place, the leg broke in half. All it was was thick particle board! I did super glue it and managed to finish the bed. The cats seem to like it, but it definitely needs some design work.

Difficult to assemble
I got this for our cat household. It took quite awhile to figure out the directions and to put it together. There are 3 covers, a plush one and two woven rattan ones. The plush one isn’t very plush, but pretty thin. I put on a rattan cover and laid the plush one on top. To change covers, you have to take the whole thing apart, which I’m not about to do since it took so long to put it together. I also feel the quality is not there for the cost of it. The cats like it well enough.
