Yes, it’s normal for the wireless charging output to fluctuate from 1W down to 0.1W or 0.2W, similar to the original charger, depending on the charging status.
How can I ensure my Apple Watch is stable on the power bank?
Place the power bank horizontally on a table and adjust the stand to an angle where the watch remains stable. If the watch still isn’t stable, unbuckle the strap and readjust for better stability.
Why doesn’t the watch start charging instantly when placed on the power bank?
The power bank takes up to 6 seconds to begin charging in Power Saving mode and 3 seconds in Standby mode, which is a normal delay.
How can I estimate the number of charges for my device?
Use this formula: (Power Bank Total Capacity × 0.6) ÷ Device Battery Capacity = Estimated Charges. For example, a 3,000mAh battery gets about 2 charges from a 10,000mAh power bank.
Why does the power bank still show a 0.1W output after removing the watch?

Goat battery bank for day to day, though just a tad bulky.
I love this thing! It’s my go-to on-the-go anything charger.I’ll get out of the way first that its one drawback is its kinda thick and a tad heavy, so it won’t fit well in your pocket. However if you keep it in your bag and run a cable to it, then it’ll work like a dream. So this is fantastic at travel, mobile office, or college type working. It was fantastic when I took it on a long train ride, but a pain to bring along in my pocket for a Pokemon Go marathon.That said, in every other way this is a one-shot perfect power bank. It has a built in apple watch charger (which has almost replaced my normal charger), it’s built-in usb-c cable/tether is pretty strong, and its display screen is gorgeous. Not to mention at 30-ish watt in/output this thing is actually a bonafide fast-charger. If I’m in a hurry for a top-off I’ll plug my phone into this instead of its normal charger.I think if Anker had cut the power capacity in half to only 5,000mAh so it’d only be half as thick/heavy, it would’ve been perfect.Speaking of though, I love Anker as a brand. They build quality products, and the *one* time I ever had something of theirs break their customer service took care of me right away.So if you need a charger for your carry-on or backpack or purse, it’s perfect. If you need a charger in your pocket, then it’s doable but less than perfect.

Great power, cool cable design, very sturdy, not too light, not too heavy, compact but bold, charges two to three items such as Watches, iPhone and iPad at the same time via wireless charger and USB C Cable. Wireless charger speed is fairly fast and its very similar to Anker desktop charger. The USB C charger are definitely strong enough for a fast iPhone charge on the go. Anker products they always retain battery very well and discharge very little while you carry them around for days. I always take this to my short and long trip bc I can charge my phone and watch at the same time and it does give me more than 75% charge which is enough for one day out in the city or trip. This should be used in your backpack all day long bc its very portable and easy to carry and it has the USB C cable and watch charger built in. The Watch Magnet is very strong so I just wrap my watch around it and put in my backpack zipper and it keeps charging. The Cable turns into a handle which is very innovative. Its very strong cable so dont worry playing around with the loop cable, it wont tear apart. Overall I am very happy with this Anker charger, its very durable and seems quality built. I think its a great value portable charger. Get it while on sale to maximize the savings.

This item is great that its compact and does not require that I carry extra cables to charge on the go. I can charge both my phone and watch and there is plenty of power to charge both to full. it seems well built and I did not notice that it got hot. I got it on sale and I felt like it was good price considering its a power bank with apple charger. The display is good to see how much power you are using and how much is left. I do want to note that it takes a few minutes before it start charging full speed to the Apple Watch. I assume it’s probably an apple thing more than Anker thing.

This is a great battery pack. The size is perfect and worked very well for charging many devices. It is lightweight and small enough to fit in a small purse. It is great to use daily or take for a vacation. It is worth the price! I would highly recommend purchasing this!

12/3/25 Anker replaced via warranty on my first call. Very positive experience. They had me place the C-usb into the C-usb port. This was a successful reset for a while. The leds went out on the front and can no longer see status.8/16/25 UPDATE: Not charging or giving charge to devices. Only charged on Anker surge protector. No reaction when pressing power button. Showing 66% and front graphics no longer powering off or changing status. Outside of return window. I will update once there is more to tell.A gorgeously beautiful and portable power bank. Anker is authorized by Apple so buy with authority knowing Anker built it with easy to operate design for everyday use on the go. Best options I could find with built-in single C/iQ3 in/out cord, Extra C/iQ3 in/out, and built-in Apple Watch charging. Bottom feet where a very useful design add as they kept it from sliding off the surge protector, which was not on a flat surface, while charging with the attached C/iQ3 cord. Gives you most complete information on battery status I have ever seen. You will not regret this purchase as I have a Anker power bank from over 5 years ago with a miniUSB that is still going strong and charging up my devices quickly.

Great for travel and convenience
I brought just this Power Bank and a compact power adapter and USB-C cable on a recent trip and was able to keep my phone, tablet and watch charged without having to worry about a limited number of power outlets. Charged the Power Bank and got multiple watch charges while charging the phone directly. I traveled with a power bank, an Apple Watch specific power bank, and a 3-in-1 charger for use at the hotel previously. This is much more compact. It’s also handy to have at home. We suddenly lost power in the evening and I needed to charge my phone and my watch. I was able to get both charged quickly at the same time using the MagGo Power Bank.

This power bank blew me away!VERY fast charging of my iPhone 16 pro, the Apple Watch charger is nice but isn’t as fast as using the cord the watch came with but that’s expected, still not too slow for my Apple Watch series 11.This thing is quite small and compact. Very nice for everyday carry and the cord as a handle feels very durable and strong. Works as an in/out for power too which is awesome.Pass thru mode is kinda slow charging a device so I’d recommend charging the power bank (charges fast at 30w) and then charging your device.Very nice size for 10k mah battery and it has rubber feet in the backside so it does not slip around on tables or counters.VERY satisfied.
