Why is my power bank recharging slowly?
For faster charging, use a PD charger rated at 30W or higher. With a 30W PD charger, the power bank takes about 4 hours to fully recharge.

How can I estimate the number of charges for my device?
To estimate charges, use this formula: (Power Bank Capacity Ć 0.7) Ć· Device Battery Capacity. For example, an iPhone 15 Pro with 3,274mAh can receive about 4.27 charges from a 20,000mAh power bank (20,000mAh Ć 0.7) Ć· 3,274mAh.
Why does the power bank sometimes not charge when multiple devices are connected?
This power bank supports multi-port output up to 15W total (5V/3A). When the built-in cable is used with either the USB-A or USB-C port, the output voltage is 5V. Make sure your devices support 5V charging.
How is power distributed when using a single port or multiple ports?
With one port, only the USB-C port can deliver up to 45W. The USB-A port can deliver up to 22.5W. With multiple ports in use, all ports share a total 15W (5V/3A).

Durable, Fast, a bit heavy to carry.
I really love the functionality of this power bank/ portable charger.It is very heavy! I carried it around all day in my purse and decided that it’s too heavy to do that if I’m going to be standing and carrying it without being able to put it down.It is however so functional and reliable that I love it! Charges quickly! Good quality cords and attachments – not flimsy! Easy to use! So user friendly! [I got a different brand at the same time that’s not as heavy and I still haven’t figured out how to use it! š¤·š»āāļø]This has become my go to power bank despite the weight! Amazing power bank !!
This is by far my favorite portable charger I own. First of all, itās 45W, so if you have one of the newer iPhones/Androids this is a MUST to charge at the fastest speeds. It charges FAST. Sometimes when charging 2 devices it can be a little wonky, for example charging my phone and my Insta360 worked, however the insta360 would charge very slow if both were plugged in. Both wires share 45W, itās not 45W each. Itās lightweight and small. It is definitely bigger than other 10,000mah batteries Iāve owned, but it also lasts longer. Overall, for the price you cannot complain. Anker has another, smaller 45W portable that is almost double the price. However they both perform the same, and this one has 2 built in cables too.

Good but not excellent
Fairly good but not better thank INUI powerbanks. By comparison,it is bigger and bulkier than others in the market. The Anker Zolo lacks rounded corners that make handling it easier especially for small hands. It functions well, charging a phone atleast twice and fast enough. As far as aesthetics go, it isn’t very appealing to the eyes but it is good value for money. I hope it is durable.

Great size and great power
I needed a power bank that was a smaller portable size for air travel, yet still provides a lot of power. This power bank is a perfect balance of size and power capacity for me.One thing that wasn’t clear to me is that it seems that I can charge the power bank by plugging into any of the available ports. There aren’t really any directions that come with it. Additionally, make sure you use a hight wattage USB charger and this power bank will fully charge in just a few hours.If I charge up my iPhone 13pro, it uses a little over 10% of the power bank’s capacity. If I charge my MacBook it uses nearly all of the power bank’s capacity. Regardless of what I charge, the power bank is fast for charging and it’s a nice handheld size. I’m glad I purchased this and I would easily recommend it.

Anker Zolo 45 watts power bank
As advertised but with some caveats, out put power is not continuous 45 watts Just for a couple of minutes before the voltage drops down. but other than that everything works as stated by Anker, they make some some of the best products with all the safety features. So it is a good choice for most of the people, that is my opinion and I always go for their products with confidence. When you buy from Amazon you can be assured you are in good hands.
