Even heat, easy clean, spacious cooktop A+
Love, love, love my griddle. So easy to clean, always use a little oil to prime for cooking.When given a couple of minutes to pre-heat the griddle provides even heat on the entire cooktop. Best electric griddle I have ever used.Spacious cooktop.If I could change one design element it would be to make the drip drawer a little larger ONLY because I would love to be able to store the cord in it when it’s not in use.Great product.

Very good griddle so far.
This is my first electric griddle and it works very well. The day I got it I cooked a pork shoulder steak and it came out juicy and tender. The next morning I made a hole package of bacon at once and it cooked nice and even. The surface is very nonstick and food will slide around if your not careful. Clean up is super easy, I wipe the surface down after it’s cooled a bit and than rinse it out in the sink. The surface gets very hot so be careful, the instructions say to let the griddle heat up for ten minutes but it reaches temp faster than that. As other have noted the grease tray will slip out easily, bad design I would have taken off half a star for that if I could. Al in all I recommend this griddle especially for your first one, good price for the size.

I had given this a very good review but, after living with it a few months, it now gets 1-star. And, for the same reasons all the other 1-star reviews list:1. NOT non-stick. The surface is nowhere near non-stick and is difficult to clean. There are also areas of blackening that even the recommended deep-cleaning method would not remove.2. Terrible heat distribution. Lay extra-thick bacon across it, cover with a cooking sheet, cook at 300F for 10 minutes and you will get half-burned, half-raw pieces.3. Awful customer service. I made a warranty claim over the darkened areas, had multiple emails with the customer service, sent photos and then my claim was summarily denied. I requested more information and an escalation but those emails never got a response. They simply quit the conversation. For this alone, I will never buy another Bella product.At the time of this writing, there are over 9,000 reviews, a vast majority of the positive. However, if you sort by 1-star reviews and read them, they all say the same thing: not non-stick, poor heat distribution, terrible customer service.

Great griddle for big families!
We use this griddle 4 -5 times a week and have loved the large capacity. It works well and is an easy cleanup. We don’t use anything to grease the pan, which I like. The one thing is there is one black spot on the corner that I can’t figure out if something burned there, but my friend has the same spot on hers so it must be an manufacturing issue.

This Made Me So Angry!
So I received my griddle in the mail. Unpacked and rinsed it off. Plugged it in and conducted a test run with pancakes. Within about 5 minutes, I got so angry with what I just experienced… 7 years ago I purchased a gas stove/oven combo with a electric griddle top. I paid something like $7,000 for it. It took about 30 minutes to heat up to 350 degrees F. This Bella griddle heated up in like 2 minutes! It’s not a microwave… it’s not supposed to be that quick! And it cooked my pancakes better than my much more expensive “professional” stove top. I’m so angry I didn’t know about this Bella griddle sooner. What a waste of money I experienced for not buying this griddle sooner! Don’t waste your money like I did. Stop waiting and buy this today. I like that it heats up REALLY QUICK. I like that the surrounding area of it remains cool to the touch so if you needed to move it while cooking, no problem. It also rapidly cools down when turned off. What I don’t like about it is that my counter space is too small and I have to put it away in a cabinet after use, which then limits the number of times I can use it throughout the day. … seriously though, I don’t really know of any serious negatives. If you want to be super critical, you could save it does not cook completely even. If you flip it over, you will see where the coil runs around and that is going to be the hottest part on the griddle. It’s pretty evenly distributed though so unless you are really looking for it, you will not notice it. I cooked pancakes, eggs, burgers, and fajitas with no problem. I actually enjoyed it more than my bbq. To the sellers… thanks for making an excellent product and for offering it at a reasonable price.

Best griddle we have ever owned. I bought it because it is PFAS free and I have a parrot. It heats fast and evenly and nothing so far has stuck to it, even without applying oil or butter. Love it.

Decent griddle
Oh I had high hopes for this thing. While it did well in the beginning of its use, it slowly dwindles. I noticed that the heating element was hotter closer to the electrical area, but was less hot towards the opposite end. This may just be an issue with these in general I do not know. I did love how many tortillas I could make at once (8 small ones if you were wondering), and storing it wasn’t too bad either. Although the plate isn’t removable, it was still pretty easy to clean, unless you made meat on it, then forget it.Decent product for less uses

This is the best one I could find, the quality seemed a bit flimsy, but I was comparing to my old one and now I think this is perfect, cut down on all the plastic and it stores easier. The cook top is great, non stick and super easy to clean. Let’s hope it stands the test of time…has to beat my old one, that lasted 15 years.

Purchased this for a group sleepover and Girl Guides Camps and am very happy with this product so far! Size is great, heats up pretty quickly, and is super easy to use and clean. I do find that some spots on the surface do get hotter than others, however, once the surface is fully warmed it’s not as noticeable.

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase, and I’ve made many pancakes already, however, just be aware that there are still hot and cold spots on the cooking surface. Atleast that’s what I’ve experienced thus far. It’s not a deal breaker but I wonder if I could’ve spent less for similar quality.
