How to Pair earbuds for the first time?
1.Open the headphone and check the red and blue LED light flash on earbuds.
2.Turn on the Bluetooth page on your cellphone or laptop and open the Bluetooth function. Select “U18” to connect the device.
How to reset?
1.Make sure the headphone power on, press and hold “+”, “-” button both for 5 second to reset headphone.
2.The red and blue both light on 3 times, when the headphone light off which means reset successfully.

Great Price, Descent Sound, Easy to set up, Charges fast,
Great option if you’re on a budget. I’ve owned expensive brand headphones in the past and have tried tons of cheaper brands but these are the best unexpensive headphones I’ve found. They last me about 1 year which is pretty good for the price. Highly recommend. Also, as least for my standards, they charge fast and last a descent amount of time and they’re very easy to sync. Very good sound quality whether I sync them to my smart phone (Android), laptop (Windows) or iPad Pro (Apple).

Practical, Durable, Dependable
I’ve purchased a number of pricier Bluetooth headphones and earbuds, and I keep returning to this pair because they are the only ones that don’t seem to ever malfunction for me. The durability and value are excellent, they provide good-quality sound, they are comfortable and lightweight, and the battery life is impressive by comparison. Additionally, I find it practical and cost-saving that it is not possible to lose just one earbud with this product. I use these across my phone, computer, and televisions seamlessly.

Great product, could have better fitting.
This product gets the job done, is not universal fitting, but still does what it needs to. Quick connectivity to my phone which I appreciate, charges quickly and overall enjoyable to use. Ear size is very good. Longevity lasts like 12 hours of constant use. The clarity is superb. Color is good too. My only gripe is they do not fit snug in the ear to prevent falling out if you are active.

Abused but kept working!
Pretty rapid shipping. This is my second set. First pair has taken a lot of abuse. I mean a lot. Anyway wanted another pair because I didnāt know how long they would offer them so looking ahead incase first pair fails. They work great with good sound. I most like how they stay in place during various activities. Worth it!

Amazing Company, Amazing Product…
I purchased a second pair of these Magic Ear Buds from this company a few years ago, or rather my son did. I loved them so much I wanted an identical pair. So I ordered them, when they went on sale for $15! I received them, paired them but the volume seemed different. I emailed the Company and ask for trouble shooting ideas. They emailed me back within 10 hours. I was so impressed with this. They gave me ideas I tried each and then waited to see if my ears needed to adjust. The design is stellar. They are comfortable beyond measure. They fit in and around my ear perfectly. They are lightweight, easy to use and awesome value for your money.Moving forward I responded to their email about the trouble shooting not making much of a difference in the volume. Now, I need you to know that I can hear out of them, it’s just different. They emailed me again within 10 hours, apologizing and asking me if I would like a full refund, or a second option of them sending me a new pair free of charge. I of course asked if I could get a replacement, and asked them how to return the pair I have now back to them. The Company responded that you don’t have to return them at all! They also informed me, that they had already mailed me a new pair, and to let them know how the new pair works out. I gotta say I’m so impressed with this company for standing behind their product, customer service and another human being caring about my experience is invaluable. I will always buy my ear buds from them. Oh and BTW, I have 2 pairs of brand new Apple Air that I hate! These blow them out of the water. The Apple Air can sit in the drawer. Thank you so much for reading this. I will update on the new pair.Also, don’t be so quick to anger when things don’t work for whatever reason. Try to work with these business and contact them to see if they can resolve the issue before reviewing products. We are all human and to be human is to err….UPDATE:I received the replacement pair yesterday and they were perfect! I emailed the company last night to let them know that everything was great. I woke up this morning to an email thanking me for my patience and kindness? It was the company and that customer representative , who was kind, patient and attentive. If you are thinking about these ear buds, rest assure this company stands behind their product and will have your back until you the customer is satisfied. 10 Stars all the way….

Great quality version of this product – one of the better ones available
I continue to love this brand and particular model. The tech used by this product has been copied hundreds of times and you will find multiple variations available for sale. I’ve bought several, and this one is the best. The main differences are the way the bud stays secured in your ear, the type of USB connector to plug into the charging cord, and (oddly) whether the British woman’s voice says “YOUR HEADPHONES ARE CONNECTED” or just “CONNECTED”. (They all say “BATTERY LOW” in the same manner, so that’s just a strange difference.)What I like #1 is the connector. This uses a USB-C connector, so (as the older type require) you don’t have to try inserting it, realize it’s upside down, turn it around, try again.What I like #2 is the way it secures. Another design had a soft plastic mesh “finger” that would lock it into place on your ear, but that thing always seemed to slip out of place. This model has the securing element built-in to the design of the earbud. So with an easy twist forward, it’s locked in.And #3, it’s the full version of “YOUR HEADPHONES ARE CONNECTED”. Not that it’s any big deal, but it seems almost like evidence that they didn’t skimp, and paid the lady for 3 extra words. (LOL, probably not)They do seem to make improvements with each updated model number. There are a couple of tactile elements to the design that make it easier to identify where the button is (for pause/play, etc.).I don’t actually use these sitting up or running, however. My use is predominantly for bedtime white noise. (I have a particular gentle-thunderstorm track that plays on repeat all night long.) I’m a side sleeper, so any time I get up to shift sides, I swap one bud in, the other out, and just leave the other bud loose at the edge of the pillow. It works well for this purpose.But I’m replacing a prior model where I must have squashed the free bud, and after about a year, something got sensitive and started shorting out the sound. (no visible cord or bud damage, so it could have been ordinary device failure) But for the price, it didn’t upset me. We’ll see how this holds up over the year, but so far, it’s all good.Sound quality is good, going plenty loud enough (for my purposes anyway). I tend to dislike heavy bass (which causes permanent hearing loss anyway), and this doesn’t really have that, so it’s a good match for ME. If you wanted that low-end inner-ear-damaging bass, this won’t really deliver. (I already pay the price for my youth with constant tinnitus — kids, take care of your hearing! The loud ringing 24/7 for the rest of your life seriously sucks. — And no, the tinnitus is not because I listen to quiet rain sounds all night long, they are on low volume, and I had it long before starting to do this – the rain sounds are just to calm my thoughts.)Speaking of which, it has a good seal on your ear that really does help block noise. (Sometimes I’m so tired that I forget to start the rain track, and it does a good job blocking those insects and highway noises.)
