I’ve owned this charger for exactly one year now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best car accessories I’ve purchased. It still works just as well as the day I bought it.The MagSafe magnetic hold is strong and reliable, so my phone snaps right into place and stays there even on rough roads. Once your phone is attached, it does not move no matter how many bumps you go over. It’s perfect for keeping my phone visible for GPS while driving.What really makes this a game changer is how versatile it’s been. I’ve used it in multiple cars, including rental cars I’ve taken out for work. Not every car has CarPlay or built-in navigation, so having this mount means I can always keep my phone accessible for directions while it charges at the same time.I’ve used it with an iPhone 13 Pro Max, an iPhone 15 Pro, and even a Samsung device, and it has handled all of them without issues. Great functionality, unsure of dependability, great customer service
Bought two, fit both horizontal and diagonal vents well, secure mount and good magnet strength. Worked great until after 3 months one of them stopped charging the phone even though the blue ring light was lit. Tried multiple power adapters and cables, to no avail. The other one is still working fine.* Edited to increase from 3 to 5 stars after ESR reached out based on my initial review, after the return period had passed and both refunded the purchase price and sent me a replacement unit. Great customer service!

Really good product and the packaging is really nice. I like how sturdy it feels! (Edit): It’s been a while now since I’ve bought the mount and have nothing to say but amazing things about this product.QualitySince I’ve had this mount set up in my vehicle, I’ve found how fast ands easy my day goes by in any given situation without having to worry about any of the things I own to end up breaking or getting damaged. I’ve never had a problem with the mount either falling, breaking into bits and pieces or electrical issues such as the USB Type C port not working. Everything is outstanding when it comes to sturdiness and reliability.ChargingI do find one thing just a little difficult about the product and that’s the charging. When I mount my phone to charge, it works perfectly fine and in fact has saved me so much stress when I’m on road trips or just cruising around in a low battery. The charging itself is pretty fast and hasn’t slowed on me during the duration of me owning this product. However, in hot conditions it doesn’t perform very well, I had bought the product thinking it wouldn’t make a difference if I didn’t buy the fan. In assumption, I believe I may be wrong in that perspective just because of how hot the mount and the phone can get. A quick solution is just turning on the A/C, so it’s pretty simple.OverviewI believe for the price of the product compared to other brands that charge over 50 is soooooooo good. Not only did it exceed my expectations for the product but it has definitely made me money given the fact that there were times where doing Uber Eats and DoorDash were so much quicker and easier. It’s definitely worth getting if your someone like me who doesn’t worry about getting a product if I know will benefit my time and money.Recommendations for new customersI’d say consider buying a strong magnetic case for your phone as it could be a very useful for the mount. I’ve definitely had some with some VERY bumpy roads but I don’t blame the mount I blame the roads. The magnet on the mount plus the magnet on my case make a good support and never had a problem with it on normal drives.

Great product except the adhesive mount option.
iPhone securely mounts to the base – works perfect. Not hot right now, but believe the mount looks well designed to keep phone cooler. The clamp style mount fixture works as advertised. The adhesive style did not stay adhered to my car interior. It may work better on top of dash, but will not stay attached to a vertical or near vertical dash surface based on my experience.

ESRのケース使用ですが、MagSafe対応のモデルでは無いため、強固な接着力というわけにはいきませんでしたiPhone12 Proに於いては、問題なく接着されましたが、miniで使用するとケースの縁の僅かな土手が障害となりうまく接着しませんケースさえ変えれば問題なさそうですが、同メーカーの商品なのに上手くいかなかったので、多少残念でした商品自体は素敵だと思います

Quería haber esperado hasta el verano para ver como se comportan las piezas de plástico una vez haga calor, la pieza de pinza, quizás debería ser un poquito mas larga para una mejor sujeción, ya que se mueve con el climatizador puesto a 20° parece que el soporte ya empieza a flojear, de ahí mi desconfianza a la llegada del verano.Por lo demás va muy bien el imán sujeta bien el iphone 12pro, carga bien, veremos si no tengo que editar la opinión en unos meses.Bueno pues después de tres años la pieza (pinza) que se sujeta a las rejillas de aire, salto sola y las patillas de plástico que sujetan el fleje de chapa no aguantó, ya lo comenté en su día más arriba. (el resto funciona como el primer día) Teniendo en cuenta que ya no tengo garantía por haber caducado la misma, no tenia muchas esperanzas en que un vendedor externo a amazon me contestaran o me dieran algún tipo de solución vendiéndome un soporte o algo que pudiera solucionar el problema.Me puse en contacto con ESR para ver si podían de alguna forma orientarme o darme solución, a ver si tenían piezas de repuesto o algo parecido. Como he dicho no pensaba que me contestarían, pues me equivoqué, no sólo me han contestado sino que además me han solucionado el problema con otro soporte que creo mejora al anterior y me han atendido de primera, tengo varios productos de ellos y la verdad, todos me funcionan perfectamente, creo que son de muy buena calidad y si como en mi caso te falla, el soporte es muy bueno o mejor dicho buenísimo. Tengo claro que todo lo que necesite si lo tiene este vendedor con su marca ESR, no dudaré en comprarlo. Por su calidad y por su soporte postventa. Adjunto foto del nuevo soporte que me han enviado y lo que se rompió del otro..
