Great scale for anything over 2g
This scale is great with the exception of 2 things.1. Measurements seem more or less accurate and consistent, with the exception of anything weighing under 1g. Even if you pre-load the scale, it seems like adding a powder (e.g. xanthan gum) a little bit at a time doesn’t really register. I wound up messing up a recipe because I kept pouring, hoping the scale would register, but it never did. Eventually I wound up with something like 3g instead of 1g of xanthan gum, which is a big difference.2. I assume this is to save battery, but the screen goes dim after about 10 seconds of no weight change. If you tap on the scale it will pop back to life with the correct reading, but it’s annoying that it does that in the first place.

Well Built and Does Exactly What is Intended
Very convenient, well-constructed and quite easy to use.I use it to measure a variety of nuts and the provided resolution is very easy to parcel out 0.50 ounces of my favorite nuts, including, pistachios, walnuts, almonds and pecans.I like when it first comes on, it zeros itself (with a small saucer to hold whatever I’m measuring), and then I simply add the quantity I’m looking for. Super simple.It has an auto-off feature or, you can press the power button for several seconds to manually turn it off.Display is large and clear, easily readable.Who knows as far as accuracy is concerned, I’m not a rocket scientist, just trying to control carbs and calories.

These kitchen scales are wonderful!I love cooking, and I also keep track of my calorie intake, so I use a scale every day. And I. I am happy that I bought these scales. Because they work well and have a great scoreboard with big numbers and backlight. My kitchen is not very bright, but now I don’t have to run for my glasses or turn on the electricity every time I want to weigh something, I can see the result clearly.
