Favorite phone stand
I really love this phone stand! It’s my favorite way to watch videos at night without my hand cramping. It’s sturdy, flexible, and holds my phone at the perfect angle.After several months of use, the base broke. I contacted the seller since the packaging mentioned a 365-day warranty, and they responded quickly and sent a brand-new replacement without any hassle. Excellent customer service.Highly recommend both the product and the seller.

Best & quickest customer service ever!
This is a great cellphone clip holder. The extra-tall base clamp was perfect for attaching to a bookshelf behind my open metal headboard. The extension tube/arm that runs from the base to the top phone clamp is sturdy enough to minimize shaking, even when extended quite far forward yet is easily bent and twisted to get the exact position needed. And the top clamp that holds the phone easily pops on and gets tightened onto the extension arm.The only problem I’ve had with this is the top clamp, which eventually loosens up and stops being able to hold the phone. But the customer service from Three Ducks is fantastic. I sent them an email explaining how the clamp had failed and less than 24 hours later they responded saying my lifetime warranty meant a replacement unit would be sent out as soon as I sent my mailing address. And very soon after I sent the address, they sent me tracking info for my replacement holder. Really some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. And no questions asked (except for my address).A very good product from a really great company. Just make sure you register your holder as instructed by the card in the box!

Broke in seconds
*UPDATE*I contacted the seller through Amazon mail, they were very quick to get back to me saying they will send me a replacement. After mounting the replacement the same was as I did the first time, it fell off immediately again. Instead of tightening the screw clamp tighter and risk breaking again, I tried adding a piece of rubber shelf liner between the jaws of the clamp. This worked wonders! With the liner in place, I barely have to put any pressure on the screw clamp to my headboard and it stays in place. Great little tool, works exactly the way I want it to, only knocked it down a star due to it’s durability and having to add my own rubber grip to make it work.*FIRST REVIEW*I bought this to mount above my bed so I can watch movies hands free. First time I mount the clamp to my headboard, connection feels secure so I attached my phone in place on other end. It immediately falls off my headboard. I go to clamp it back up and the bottom end snaps off the end of the threaded piece making the whole thing unusable. The key point of the mechanism is just a thin piece of plastic that holds the whole thing together. Since the arm has a metal cable running through it, a better design would have been to just have that cable run through the end piece of the clamp. An extra couple inches of cable would have made the most important piece of the whole assembly much stronger.The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because the part that holds the phone is solid and, while the arm is stiff to move, it does seem like it would hold your phone where you want it. I had high hopes for this product had the mounting clamp not snapped within seconds of it being out of the package.

Game changer for using my phone on my walking pad!!!!!
What a handy little gadget!!! I bought a walking pad for Christmas. The handlebars with the attached tray that holds your phone sits really low, at my waistline, so I’ve been unable to use my phone while walking, unless I look down. This was very uncomfortable in my neck and also dangerous, as I lost my footing a few times while walking.I hooked this handy phone holder onto the handlebars, and now it’s perfect! My phone is at eye level now, allowing me to scroll and walk at the same time! It’s nice and sturdy, stays in place.I give this 5 stars, and it’s a must have if you own a walking pad like mine with a very low phone holder.

The phone holder is too big for my iPhone 12 mini, although the description said it would fit. The other parts are durable and work well.

These phone clips are AMAZING! I use mine faithfully every night! It’s clipped to my headboard and I LOVE this thing!! I had an issue with the gooseneck getting loose in its base (after so much use over the last year)… so I contacted the company about a replacement (because it does come with a 1 yr warranty)! I emailed them at midnight one night and within 90 mins they replied and informed me they would be sending a new one out! WHAT?? WOW! Aria and the crew at Three Ducks Direct are amazing! They are a small business (and like most small businesses, dealing with lower sales because of this economy right now!) HOWEVER, their customer service is impeccable! If you’re looking for something to help you scroll at night, THIS gooseneck clamp holder IS IT! Amazing value for such a low price compared to most other gooseneck phone clips! Can be used anywhere! Its sooo great for people like me who suffer from trigger fingers in both hands (I’ve had 2 hand surgeries and another scheduled soon) or if you have carpal tunnel or wrist issues! Stop holding these heavy new iPhones when you don’t need to, and get one of these – they’re amazing!! Quality and price can’t be matched compared to others I’ve had! Get one!! 🤗EDIT TO ADD: I emailed them on a Friday night about midnight, and Aria responded at 130am, that she would be shipping a new one out to me.
