Simple and precise
This works perfectly and is exactly as described. We have made potato chips and dried apples with cinnamon and ginger. The cuts are perfect. I would suggest you order a glove that does not cut and then use this mandolin for many different things. The quality is very good the base is sturdy, the blades are super sharp. It makes drying fruit very fast. Also when drying items that are the exact same size, the drying time can be perfected.

Such a great investment/chopper
Wow this Chopper is great. I just got it and had to try it out. What a game changer. I had one 8 years ago that must have been a cheap version since it never worked well. I donated it to good will. I have since seen so many videos of others using them and how easy and well it works for them that I started to look at getting it another time. I researched and checked reviews and settled on this one. It’s great I look forward to using it more and cutting my meal prep time in half. I will add there is a slight learning curve to size of vegetables and amount of force to chop them. But I was able to figure it out. I am impressed with the quality of the chopper as well. It’s sturdy and I love that it offers the mandolin as well. I will try that out once I get a cutting glove since I have read how sharp it is. The blades on the Chopper are sharp which it’s suppose to be just have to be mindful. I will add that when I chopped my vegetables yesterday the uniformity in the size and consistency was so impressive. Definitely happy with this and glad I decided to try it out again.

Absolutely LOVE thos veggie chopper!! It is super easy to use and change blades. Everything stores inside perfectly. I use it mostly for the slicer which is amazing amd with the safety holder that holds the veggies my older kids can use it also. Very happy with this purchase. The plastic is very thick n sturdy its NOT cheaply made. The design is so nice.

Extremely Sharp
This is a great product!So far I’ve only used one type blade for salad ingredients and strawberries. I really like it and it’s made making salads fun and easy (faster chopping and I like the size).I wish the container was just a bit taller to fit all the parts in as the lid on mine for storing is a bit loose. I probably don’t have things back in it as they’re suppose to be though.Caution: Blades are extremely SHARP and not being careful I sliced my finger tip on one getting the parts out of the container.I really do like this and will purchase again if this one ever breaks.

A great purchase to encourage vegetable-eating. The many options and the easy use of the chopper earned a high rating. My recommendation is to use the safety addition when slicing. I also appreciate the larger base to allow for continuous chopping since more room.

Works well. Helps me in the kitchen with one handed cutting after a stroke.
I was always an active home cook, but I had a stroke last year. I am right handed, and the stroke left me with very little use of my left hand. I can hold a knife, but i can’t hold the food that i’m cutting at the same time.I had pretty good knife skills before the stroke, and i wish that i had them back. I needed some help, and this seems to work pretty well with one hand. The rubber feet keep it from moving around on the counter.Washing dishes with one hand can be a challenge also. I have been putting it in the dish washer on the rinse only cycle after use. No detergent or high heat, it gets clean, and i haven’t noticed any onion smells lingering or anything.These things seem to come in different configurations and models. Mine is the eight blade 10 in 1.It does not show this in the instructions, but all of the accessories will fit into the base for storage. You just have to do it right. I like that.I will add, that the blades are sharp. I accidentally cut my thumb, but that wasn’t during use. I had left a blade loose in the sink after use. That was my fault. I consider the sharp blades a plus.
