Fantastic ring, great battery, have had over one year now.
I have been using this smart ring for over a year now. The charge still lasts a long time. Mine lasts over 2 weeks, but i usually put it on the charger for about 20 minutes once a week. Sometimes I forget and only charge it every two weeks. The tracking features are excellent and its comfortable enough that i firget i have it on. I selected a size that was able to fit on multiple fingers so i can change fingers if it feels to tight on my usual finger. 99% of the time, i wear it on my left index finger. I am very happy with my purchase. On other review sites, some people have had battery issues after one year, I hope mine will continue to hold a charge well. The shape of the ring is so much better than the Oura, the Oura is very thick compared to the RingConn. I tried the Oura first, but I couldnt stand the thickness between my fingers and returned it. I love my RingConn Gen 2.

High quality comfortable to wear
High quality well constructed device, comfortable to wear. It has lots of useful data; timing of the sleep data graph correlates well with known event times, also captures napping events. It provides usefull notifications to get up and move, has very long battery life and is very easy and fast to charge in the battery enabled dock. I have doubts about the accuracy of sleep stages especially REM and awake times. At least awake times don’t seem to match my experience. Apnea monitoring is a great feature. In my case it showed no apnea which is expected given my use of a CPAP. I may report more later if i test the effect of not using the CPAP. No annual fee is a great bonus.

Satisfied with the tracker so far, after a months use this is what I done useful and what needs improvementGoods- way better than wearing a watch for tracking vitals throughout the day- sleep tracking, HR tracking, body temp tracking is great- sleep tracking is free and doesn’t need subscription like oura- fits great on the finger, never felt like I’ve had a tracker on- super light weight- data sync to app is super fast, battery life is definitely great at 10 days!- hsa is accepted for purchaseNot so good- naps get auto detected, but no sleep analysis metrics- workout detection could improve a lot- SPO2 doesn’t get measured unless you’re resting- data doesn’t get integrated with native health apps or external apps like StravaIf these are something you don’t care about, then it’s a buy.

Great health accessory
Love this ring. Had a horrible sleep study, where I didn’t sleep at all, and results were normal. Years later and still having issues, got this and it shows when my issues are and exactly what they are. Can take this info to my dr. Also love it for the other health tracking data it provides. Doesn’t look to bulky on a female hand either, which is nice. Worn a few months, and no scratches or chips, still just as shiny. Stays charged for a super long time, and doesn’t take very long to charge it back up.

Sleep Comfortably
I’ve been considering a ring for a long time. This works great. Tracks sleep perfectly, including apnea. Much more comfortable to wear and track sleep than my Apple Watch. Impressive battery life as well. Shocking that it lasts almost 2 weeks and no subscription price unlike a lot of the competition. Tracking “stress” is great and I find it accurate.

The accessory I didn’t know I needed
I’ve always wanted a smart ring and finally did it. I couldn’t be happier with the RingConn and really appreciate no monthly subscription. The app is user-friendly and seems to be pretty accurate (I compare with my Apple Watch). I’ve had the ring for about three months and already have so much useful data. The ring seems to be pretty durable, but I do wear a cover while working out. I’m surprised with how good the ring actually looks!My only frustration is the fit. I’m definitely a half size but chose to go up as my fingers do swell. I did buy sizing stickers from Amazon and that made all the difference. I can remove these in the summer months when my fingers swell more.

Definitely worth considering
To start, I want to say I don’t regret this purchase at all. I’m pretty neutral when it comes to the RingConn fitness tracking device. A lot of what I don’t like are probably issues one would run into with any ring style tracker.First impressions: The RingConn ring was packaged very nicely. The charging case feels really solid and the ring stays secure on the charging post. The ring itself is very lightweight and I’m fine with that. I feel like a solid metal ring large enough to accommodate the sensors would be a little too heavy for my taste. Overall, the fit is true to the sizing kit (definitely recommend buying this to test your size) and it’s very comfortable to wear casually and during exercise.Sync features: the setup process was super quick and easy. The ring syncs with the app whenever the app is opened and it does so fairly quick. The app also syncs with my other health apps very easily.Tracking: the tracking is where I’m a little less impressed and I think the majority of what I’m not content with will be common across ring style trackers. The ring seems to track lower on all metrics compared to my Apple Watch. It also tracks distances that are typically 0.25 mile less than my treadmill readouts. I’m a casual runner and don’t use any advanced methods to track my distance and other metrics so I’m not sure which is accurate. Just something to be aware of. That aside, I do like the sleep tracking feature. My Apple Watch battery barely lasts a day so using it to monitor my sleep is not feasible. This ring has a battery life of ~12 days and is very comfortable to wear overnight, so I do appreciate the sleep monitoring.I typically avoid wearing this during the shower or other instances where it would be exposed to a lot of water so I’m not sure how the water resistance is. I can say that sweat during workouts haven’t seemed to effect the functionality.App: the app is really nice. The verbiage is kind of odd, so you can tell it’s been translated to English but it’s still easy to understand. It integrates with my other health apps very easily so that’s a huge plus. And most importantly, there is NO subscription fee that is required to have access to the full functionality of the app.Overall, I’d say if you’re interested in this style fitness tracker, then this is worth checking out. I’m glad I bought this instead of a the much more expensive alternative.

Muy contento con la compra. Bastante exacto y la App que no precisa de suscripción te da mucha información. Un extra que me decidió comprarlo es el seguimiento de la apnea del sueño.Estéticamente es precioso, lo compré en color plata y para mí es la mejor opción, me ajusta perfecto, para ello siempre comprar antes las muestras para saber talla.En cuanto a resistencia de momento aguanta bien y le he dado algún golpe. Me ducho con él y lo llevo siempre puesto menos cuando lo cargo cada 10 días aproximadamente. El estuche de carga está muy muy bien.Una magnífica compra (si lo compras en oferta como yo, un chollazo) para controlar un poco más tu estado de salud. Muy recomendable.
