The most convenient Phone mount in existance
lifted 2012 GMC sierra 3500HD Denali – mounted on top center of dash.Owning a lifted truck you get used to bouncing all over the place and having a less than smooth ride. Never once has my phone came off the magnetic mount nor has the 3M tape ever failed. This is one of the few products that i didnt realize how much i needed it until i finally broke down and bought one. Theyre simple but yet worth every penny. I would say be very confident where you want this thing because when you place that 3m tape its not gonna move without significant force or chemicals to loosen the adhesive. Mounting the phone is such a reflex now. as sonn as i sit down I just basically almost toss my phone to the mount and it sticks to the mount. to take off you basically just twist your phone and it pops right off. the actual phone mount is very unintrusive and doesnt get hung up in my pocket. I honestly forget its even attached to my phone sometimes. The magnets are very strong so be careful not to get micro magnets stuck to it from dropping your phone in the dirt. Extra benefit is you can now stick your phone to any magnetic/metal surface which has come in handy for taking photos and using my phones flashlight. stop thinking about it and ditch your old phone mount.

Best Mount I’ve Ever Owned
I love the concept of this mount. It has held up so well and I have moved it to the new car after purchase and moved the magnet to a new case after getting one. here are my pros and cons however:Pros:Holds VERY WELL!!Moves and piviots when you want… makes it easy for passengers to view phone at willLooks really cool and it’s so simple to useI had zero issue with instillation even after moving it to the new car and the new case.I put it on a soft back Otterbox and had no issues!Removes easily with dental floss. Buy new stickys and you’re back in businessThe magnet on the back of your phone is nice for putting phone on fridge when following recipes… or your metal cubical wall at work. :)Never had a problem with magnet and phone function. Everything works fineCons:That magnet on the phone WILL KILL YOUR CREDIT CARDS!!! This happened to me 4 times… and twice I was out of the country. This realllly sucked!The magnet on the phone is bulky… and ugly. I just got a custom phone case for xmas and I really don’t want to ruin the photo with this ugly magnet. I’m looking for alternatives now that will work with my Steelie mount.I have discovered that you can get metal plates that fit UNDER you case. There is a company that makes an adaptor for the ball mount. I’m going to try this out… if it doesn’t work I’ll just put the disc on my new case. The convenience of this mount far surpasses the vanity of a phone case for me.

Nice product, feels of solid quality, strong magnets, uses strong 3M adhesive, and working great so far. Depending oh how your dashboard is shaped, phone position and flexibility can be limited. Thanks.
