These are great baking “pans.” I purchased them to make hot dog buns. The large pans are a great size for a hoagie roll, sub roll or a baguette-type loaf. They’re too big for hot dog buns, though. For me, anyway. The small pans make really nice little loaves of bread, or sandwich rolls, and yes, if you cut the hot dog or sausage in half, it works for hot dogs, too. I prefer a more standard size for hot dogs, and did order a pan for that. Still, I’m glad to have these pans – they’ve given me more options for my breadbaking for one. I use the Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day method, and these pans work very well.

Product works as designed. I would only suggest that you spray it with cooking oil before baking to prevent sticking. Leaves little textured dots on the bottom from the holes – I actually like this texture when eating the bread

Great for sandwiches shape bread
I love these sandwich molds. My husband and I have been trying to figure out how to make sandwiches shapes for our homemade bread. I am excited to have found them. It makes four large hoagies size sandwiches. Easy to clean! Using them in the oven was easy as well. They seem flimsy but they hold up perfectly. Not had it long enough to no if they rust.
