Pleasantly surprised
Love love love this. Very lightweight. Wasn’t sure it would really work but it does. I was worried about how hot it got but it was only the top. I constantly forget my coffee then it gets cold. This keeps it at a perfect hot temp. I haven’t tried a candle on it yet but I imagine it would work great.The cord length is decent and perfect for my area. No auto shut off. The power button does get warm and you definitely do not want to touch the heat area after it warms up. No smell from the device at all. Honestly was not expecting much because of the price I paid but it has worked great! I use it up to several hours every day

I had been wanting to get a mug warmer because I kept having to reheat my coffee in the morning which was really annoying when I was getting ready for work. I like really hot coffee, and it starts getting too lukewarm every 5 minutes. When I had looked at mug warmers previously there was a reviewer saying it didn’t keep her coffee hot enough, and with some of them, you have to use the mug that comes with it. What about all the mugs I already have that I like? Then I saw this one a couple of days ago and I thought that with three heat settings, maybe the hottest one would be hot enough. Plus you can use your own mug. I decided to try it, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve only just used it this morning for the first time and my coffee stayed hot all the way down to the bottom of the cup. It seems to be of good quality, it’s not too big and obtrusive, especially in black. It comes with a well-fitting, nice cover for the heating plate when you’re not using it. It also has a timer, but I’m not sure why you would need it. I turned it on just as soon as I first put the mug on it, so it doesn’t seem to need time to warm up. Worth the money.

The light stopped working now it has stopped heating. It’s dead!
This is the second one I’ve bought. This one was purchase On Nov 3, 2025 and it stopped working a couple days ago. The first one bought still heats but the light stopped working months ago. The light on this one stopped working a month or so ago but still heated. Now it does not work at all and the return window has closed. That is disappointing.

I purchased two, one for a gift for my coworker and myself. We are using them as coffee mugs warmers on our desks. It keeps the mug hot but not where you can’t hold it. I will buy more for my home new home job and for my bedside. I recommend this purchase. FYI it’s a great gift for the coffee lovers in your life. ☕️☕️

Nice, but doesn’t heat up my cup very fast. If I don’t drink coffee right away, it gets cold before it’s had time to warm up.

This ist a really nice gadget to keep your drink warm.Not hot.Please keep in mind this item does not heat your cold drink up.Your former hot baverage will stay light warm.My personal preferences is to drink my tea very hot….but a lot of people like it more light warm….for those it is a good bought .
