I was worried this was going to be a frivolous purchase but this has almost single handedly been the reason I’ve made coffee beverages at home the last few weeks instead of buying coffee from Starbucks or similar places. I’m getting great value out of it already.I’ve used this for a couple weeks and have only had to charge it once so far. It was an incredibly long battery life which is great. Super easy to clean (let it spin in some soapy water or just rinse it off). It has worked great for both cold and hot beverages. I’ve actually started using it on my freshly brewed espresso to just have it swished around in a mug in order to cool it down quicker before I pour it over ice and milk, that way the heat of the espresso can be dissipated and doesn’t immediately melt the ice and water it down (especially if you can spin it in a large mug since it will go up the sides a bit).I originally got it to make my own Starbucks protein cold foam at home, and I’m pleasantly surprised at all the interesting and fun coffee and matcha drinks I can make with this. Although the protein powder I have is a lot for one serving and it doesn’t work super well to try adding a big amount of protein powder to a tiny amount of cream, so now I opt for just adding protein powder to the drink itself and adding the cream on top separately.

I’ve given this as a gift to my parents/father. They noticed you’ve got to stir the cold milk (lactose free) first and heat later for a good foam. They’re now getting better results than they had with their countertop frother (which is showing wear and has lately gotten performance issues).
