very functional this clokily heated ice cream scoop. you no longer need to work with a spoon to remove the ice cream, this one cuts it like butter. I love the heat button, the support it brings to put it and not dirty the countery above all is rechargeable .

Cannot scoop ice cream right out of the freezer !
This didn’t really do what I expected it to do – scoop hard ice cream like butter – as soon as you start scooping , it causes the scoop to cool down . You have to wait for the scooper to get to the highest temperature & it also helps to have the ice cream sit out for a bit . But what’s the point ? I could let the ice cream sit out & soften & use another ice cream scooper I have that warms up with hot water. The whole point of this was to be able to scoop ice cream right out of the freezer & this did not work !
