1. How many users can view the device at the same time?
A: The owner account can share the device with up to 8 other accounts. Up to 3 users may view the video feed at once, but only 1 user can use the intercom. You can tap on “Share” to share the devices to your families.
2. Can this camera be used with a sd card without paying for any subscription for cloud?
A: This camera does not support recording to an SD card. The videos will only be stored if you have a Cloud subscription service.
3. Can the doorbell camera connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi networks?
A: No, this doorbell camera only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please ensure when you have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi network, each with a distinct name for a successful connection.
Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
If your network has both 5G or 2.4G please connect it to the 2.4G one.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the doorbell and the Wi-Fi router; the doorbell should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router.
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-Fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the doorbell button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

Great Doorbell Camera – Clear Video and Easy to Use
I’m very happy with this video doorbell. The 1080p picture quality is clear and it lets me see exactly who is at my door from my phone. The motion alerts work well and I like that I can talk to visitors through the two-way audio. Installation was easy and the wireless setup made everything simple. The night vision is also very good, so I can see clearly even in the dark. Overall, it’s a great device for extra security at home and works exactly as expected.

So far works as intended
This doorbell camera works okay. It is not perfect, but so far I have had no major issues with performance or battery. After several weeks, mine is still around 80 to 85 percent. One thing to note is that the battery drains faster if all alert settings are turned on. There are four main alert settings, just for your information. I only keep one or two that I really need.The camera quality is decent, though sometimes it does not detect motion or humans properly. I adjusted the detection area to cover the whole screen, but it still misses at times. For example, a package was delivered once and I did not see the person drop it off, but the package still appeared on the camera. I also contacted customer service regarding the detection i/ssues but I did not get a res/ponse.The live footage is really live. The microphone is loud and clear, though there is a slight delay, which can feel awkward. I like that it records automatically during live talking, unlike other cameras that stop unless you hit record.The base and materials feel sturdy. The separate speaker works well, loud and clear, just make sure it is connected properly. The subscription is affordable at 30 dollars a year, much cheaper than bigger brands. I also like that this com/pany does not support ba/d or un/ethical thing/s, at least from my understanding.All in all, so far it works as intended.

Only one draw back
The doorbell camera is great has a awesome picture night vision and a wide angle of view the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you have to purchase cloud storage you get a three day trial but after that it’s 30 bucks a year which is not all that bad for what you get and the peace of mind you get from knowing who’s at your door weather your at home or away. Other than that it was easy to install and had no problem getting it to sync to my phone the talk back feature is great as well the only hang up is the cloud storage purchase but what do you expect from a 10 dollar doorbell camera.

Not the best. Ok for the money.
Need a subscription. Doesn’t update even when I have all settings turned on. It was doing great catching any movement at all but now it just stopped. I catch moments when it turns off the motion detection. Odd. I’ve adjusted all the sensor settings and even customized the sensor to specify which parts I wanted it to focus on. The battery life is mid. Connectivity is ok. Mounting it may have been the only easy part. Night vision is good. For 10 dollars this is pretty much expected.

Just got these yesterday. Already love them. We got two one for our front and one for the back it has great video nice view. So far I haven’t had any lagging. It functions good. Easy to set up also easy to have my husband and me both be able to view them just charge them up so far battery life is pretty good. Connect it to the Internet was easy. Good for the price don’t let the price make you not order. I recommend this
