Better than competition!
I did a cross comparison of this ring with other brands and decided to purchase this one because it’s- More affordable- Ring sizing kit is cheap- No monthly fees- Tracks oxygenI am soo happy I chose ringconn. It looks great on my hand, battery lasts forever, charges super quick and accurately tracks so many metrics. It has told me things about my sleep I had never even considered. For example, my skin temperature was dropping at night preventing me from getting the best possible sleep. I wear socks now and get better sleep! It also knows your normal metrics so when something is off, it tells you right away.I don’t have sleep apnea but I had a septoplasty recently so I could not breathe well and it tracked all the times I had stopped breathing at night along with my oxygen levels.I wear it in the shower, pool, washing hands and have never had any issues with getting it wet.I love the way it looks. Some people have mentioned the other brands being too bulky or annoying but I don’t even feel it.I highly recommend this brand over the competition!

6 Months In and I Still Love It!
I love it!! I’ve had it for 6 months now and it’s the perfect addition. I don’t ever have to worry about it. I wear it on the go in New York City, to the gym, yoga class, the steam room, even bowling and no issues. Still looks and functions like new. If you’re questioning it just get it. See the pictures for how it looks after 6 months – barely a scratchAt first I did find it a little annoying since I never wear rings but now some days I forget it’s even there – crazy how quickly the brain adapts. The on the go charger has been the best part. In the 6 months I still haven’t needed to charge the case so seems like it’s even better than advertised. Now for the sensors – I used to have a fitbit and honestly find this ring way more accurate. The sleep data is so specific and I love it! It’s part of my morning routine now to look through all the stats on the subway to work. The vital signs are also pretty accurate. When I go to the doctor it almost exactly aligns with the measurements they take. I will say though that the tracking for the type of exercise (running vs biking etc) is lacking. I don’t personally track exercise past steps but if you’re looking for a detailed workout analysis this probably won’t be what you want. They do push out new app updates and ring updates every couple months (at least 3 since I got it) so I’m sure that feature is coming.and finally – the app. It is definitely more bare bones than Oura but I only care about the metrics and no monthly fee. It totally gets the job done and you can add home screen widgets to track steps, stress level, daily scores, etc. I do use that as a quick glance to see how active I’ve been throughout the day. There are a ton of features I don’t even use so definitely something for everybody.Overall – I would 100% buy it again and am trying to convince my parents that they need one too!

Worked great until it didn’t
I received this ring on November 21, 2025. Initially it was great it kept track of my sleep, workouts, and periods. I even got some friends and family to buy this ring because I was raving about it. Fast forward to January 30, 2026. The ring cannot hold a charge. The charge is supposed to last 10 to 12 days which it did at first and now it lasts about eight hours. I’d also like to note that I would charge it every single day while I showered, so there shouldn’t be any reason or scenario where my ring should be dying. I’ve been trying to get support through Amazon and through RingConn and both are extremely unhelpful and they keep telling me to go to each other, which is very frustrating.I know this is supposed to be an Oura ring “dupe” but it’s still a $300 ring and shouldn’t be malfunctioning after only 2 1/2 months.I’ve been trying to get a replacement, but I don’t even want that anymore. I just want my money back so I can go buy an Oura Ring.

I love it so far!
Just got my RingConn 2, and so far, I’m really impressed! I went with the gold, and it’s a gorgeous color that matches my other jewelry perfectly. The ring fits snugly and comfortably—I got a size 9 for my index finger. I also really like the portable charging case; it’s sturdy and convenient. I charge it while I shower, and it’s ready by the time I’m done. I’ve only let it get down to about 70%, so I can’t say how long it would take from a completely dead battery. The app is super user-friendly, and I love the sleep tracking feature—it seems accurate, and I look forward to checking my sleep score each morning. I haven’t compared steps or other metrics to my Apple Watch yet, but I plan to and will update my review later regarding accuracy. No scratches yet, but it’s new, so I’ll see how it holds up over time. From what I’ve seen from other users, I’m fully expecting some wear and tear eventually. What I really like: no subscription required, sleek design, and easy daily use. So far, it feels like a solid investment for anyone looking for a smart ring that’s both functional and stylish.

An excellent alternative to more expensive smart rings. A comfortable fit – comfy enough to be worn at all times, including nighttime for sleep monitoring. No app subscription required was a real draw for purchasing. Excellent interface. Quality of the ring itself seems good – no scratches yet. Only downside is that it isn’t compatible with Vitality – however would feel unfair to mark them down for this!
