Super Helpful and Accurate Sizing Kit
This RingConn sizing kit made the whole process so much easier. The set includes all the sizes from 6 to 14, and each ring is clearly labeled and comfortable enough to wear around for a day to test the fit. I really appreciated being able to try multiple sizes before ordering the actual ring—it took all the guesswork out of it. The kit is simple, accurate, and exactly what you need to make sure you get the perfect fit the first time. Definitely worth it.

Worth fitting first!
Definitely take the time to use the sizing kit. You aren’t sizing a normal ring. You want to correctly size this ring because of the multiple sensors. A normal ring (that doesn’t have a mount or stone), can spin on your hand and you don’t know it. You want this ring to fit well enough that the sensors don’t spin from the palm side of your finger.The ring kit allows you to try several sizes, over a day or so, to get exactly what will work best for you, including being in water, or wearing gloves.I actually kept wearing mine after I did order my ringconn, so it would help my finger (and brain) adjust to wearing a ring.I felt like the ring actually is smoother than the ring fitting kit. 👍

You definitely need to use this sizing kit for the ring. The rings are not traditional ring sizes.

Good Value Without Subscription, But Tracking Needs Improvement
The sizing kit worked perfectly, helping me choose the correct size with ease.As for the ring itself, I appreciate that there’s no monthly subscription fee, unlike the Oura ring, which I’ve always felt was a bit of a scam.In terms of performance, it works well overall, but I’ve noticed a few issues when comparing it to my Apple Watch:Step tracking seems overestimated, with noticeably higher counts than my Apple Watch.Sleep tracking feels inaccurate, often missing awake periods during the night. They claim you can edit sleep stages, but I couldn’t find a way to manually add awake time in the middle of recorded sleep.While I’m happy to have some data to work with, I’m not fully confident in its accuracy. Still, it’s a solid option if you’re looking to avoid ongoing subscription fees.

Blows Oura out of the water on data without selling your information to Palantir like some people
I needed a new ring cause my Oura gen 3 was dying and my tattoos make smart watches useless. I also found out Oura gives all their data to Palantir, look it up. My concern from this brand was threefold particularly given the lack of monthly payments.The first concern was data quality and gaps in data, absolutely not an issue. The data is more complete and collects more accurately than Oura.The second was build quality, I got the royal gold and if we’re being honest it looks like costume jewelry. That being said no one looks at my boring gold wedding band anyway. It appears to be as sturdy or more so than the Oura so far also. I’m a mechanic and after a week it’s still completely unmarred.Finally I was concerned about the quality of the app. This is probably the weakest link for RingConn but fortunately it’s also the easiest to update and make better. It’s not pretty or polished like Garmin, Oura, or others I’ve used but it’s all there, it functions 100% of the time and connects to Apple health so I’ll take it.

Se tarda mucho en llegar y una vez que llega, te lo pruebas y dices “pues lo regreso, ahí dice que se puede” y si, se puede, pero lo que no sabes es que el envío corre por tu cuenta y amenos que quieras mandarlo por correos de México y darle la bendición, mejor olvídalo, que el envío sale más caro que el mismo producto.Ya tire el mío a la basura
