Amazing smart door lock
The Yale Assure Lock 2 is so easy to assemble but most importantly the mobile app makes it even more flexible for you and your family. You can give access to anyone in your family and specify if it is only an entry code or the fingerprint option. This lock is amazing and I would highly recommend it to the families and also Airbnb owners since it is so unique to give others different entry codes.

The Yale Assure Lock 2 Touchscreen was surprisingly easy to install. —I managed it with just a screwdriver and a little patience on a afternoon I was free. The touchscreen looks sleek and modern, and I love not having to fumble for keys when my hands are full of groceries. Pairing it with the app was smooth. I appreciate the peace of mind that comes from knowing I can check if the door’s locked from my phone, especially when I’m already in bed. Yale Assure Lock 2 is a great addition to my home.The design of this lock is so stylish.Like that, this lock has an app and you can track everything. Also you can create an entry code for the guests. I’ve been using this Yale smart lock system for a few weeks now, and it’s been a huge improvement for my home. Installation was fairly straightforward (although if you’re not very handy, you might prefer to have someone install it). The design is modern and looks very elegant on the door.

Warranty is a joke, replacing batteries requires recalibration
Great lock for 1 year, then stopped working and not well designed for remote owners. The motor seems to be broken and Yale is making it impossible to use the 2-year warranty. It’s a joke!We have this lock on a short term rental property and most guests are confused by the keypad since numbers aren’t visible until after touching the Yale button. Also, the lock has to be recalibrated every time the batteries are changed. Someone with app control (owner) of the lock needs to be in-person next to the lock to recalibrate it, which can be a challenge for remote owners.I do like the app interface and ability to assign codes to multiple people
