Love it! Pretty easy to set up and figure outVideos help a lot with installation. It comes with the ability to extend to be longer if you need that for your door. I applied I to my apartment door and am so pleased. I have not set up fingerprint because I wasn’t comfortable giving up my prints but I use the plastic pass or the key it looks so sleek and professional the lock works well after batteries are put in and it tells you in the app the strength of your batteries! So you know when to change

Instructions were kind of straightforward but includes videos to watch, which I did. Took me about an hour to remove my old lock and install this after a couple trial and errors with the direction the knob goes lol. Could easily be done in 30 now that I know what I’m doing.BTW: you lock the door by holding down the pound sign on the keypad. I like that you have the option to use a fob, key, or code. Looks good, functional, tells you the battery level… My only gripe: the app needs to tell you if the door is locked or not and to be able to adjust the tones or volumes of tones on door. Add those features and this door is def a 5/5 for the money!
