Wow game changer
I just started my sourdough journey and before buying this was using a box cuter, don’t judge me. One use with this thing and I am a changed woman. SO. MUCH. EASIER. It is very sharp, obvs but as far as bread lames go this is my favorite. I like that you can lock it while it’s in use and put it away safely when not. Must have for bread people!

This works very well and it contracts and comes out easily. Doesn’t stick to our fridge very well, but I keep it in my drawer just fine. There’s a booklet that comes with design ideas as well which is really cool.

Ok for inexpensive cutter. blade doesn’t stick out too far, so, a little hard to get deep cuts. Like the ones on a long handle better. It is nice that you can retract the blade for safety.
