Good, but not phenomenal
They’re good, but not phenomenal. The mechanism seems to have a hard time identifying when its completed its lock or unlock as you can hear it reattempting before saying open or closed. 8 AA batteries include mean it should last a long time and the app while easy to use is incredibly dated visually. You can see the pixelated resolution of the unlock/lock automation. Install was quick and I appreciate the functionality. For the cost, it’s higher quality than expected.

Yeup it’s a deadbolt that’s smart and works
First I am a woman that DIYs like a man. I glance at instructions then toss’em (who has time to read all that???) Took me 20 minutes to pop my old deadbolt and door knob attachment off and get this one installed and set up (includes downloading the app, setting pin, and registering fingerprints). Everything is standard so I did not need to drill new holes or adjust my strike plate, nothing that normally makes this job a pain. My number 1 suggestion – dont forget to open the door, pull 1 battery out, and reset to factory setting as that’s how the lock learns which way the deadbolt has to turn. Other than that this was a breeze and works like a charm. 100% recommend.
