Small footprint, ease of use and accuracy
I just received this scale so I can’t comment on the durability at this time but it is a sleek and attractive kitchen scale. I like that it weighs fluid ounces which helps with baking artisan breads or making starters. The information associated with this scale is accuracy from 1g/0.1 but one of the tips is that the minimum weight recommendation is 2g-3g so if you frequently weight items that are less it might be an issue, but for my purposes with baking it will be great. It is easy to use and I am looking forward to using this scale. I have rated this at 4 because it’s too soon to comment on durability otherwise I think it would be a 5.

Accurate digital food scale
I love the ease of use and accuracy of this digital scale. I make sourdough bread and this is important . I also like the different measurement features and ease of transitioning between the different ones. The flat open scale design is a plus also to accommodate different bowl and container sizes and still see the screen display of measure. Overall I am very pleased with this scale and would highly recommend.
